Error after verifying for KY OUI
If you see an error after completing identity verification for KY OUI, it may be due to a session timeout during sign-in or registration. If your session times out before you're redirected back to the KY OUI website, your information may not have been received.
This isn't an issue with your IDMe Wallet. Identity verification can take several minutes, especially if you're creating your wallet for the first time. To fix this issue:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Close and reopen your browser.
- Return to the KY OUI portal and sign in with your IDMe Wallet.
