Having trouble taking a photo of your ID or uploading documents? This article provides solutions for common issues, including blocked camera permissions, unsupported file types, and broken upload links so you can get verified quickly.

Fix camera and device settings

My camera isn’t working

If your device settings are preventing your browser from accessing your camera:

  1. When prompted during verification, select OK or Allow to grant your browser permission to use your camera.
  2. Manually grant browser permissions
    • If the prompt does not display, go to your device settings.
    • Locate the settings for your browser.
    • Grant the necessary permissions to use your camera.

Accepted file types

I don’t have any of the listed documents

You need to have an acceptable document in order to verify.

If you choose to upload a document, you can use these file types:

  • .jpeg
  • .png
  • .pdf
