|USCIS-issued employment authorization card||
First and last name, date of birth, photo, and valid expiration date.
Note: We don’t accept employer-issued ID cards.
|Veterans health ID card||
First and last name, and photo.
Note: Veterans insurance cards cannot be used. The Veterans Health ID card has a photo and must be issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
|Certificate of naturalization||
First and last name and photo. The photo must be a recent photo of yourself.
Note: We also accept forms N-550, N-560, N-561, and N-570.
|National ID card||First and last name, date of birth, photo, and valid expiration date.|
|Federally recognized, Tribal-issued photo ID||First and last name, date of birth, photo, and valid expiration date.|
DHS trusted traveler card
First and last name, date of birth, photo, valid expiration date, and Full Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) code.
Prison or inmate ID
First and last name, date of birth, valid expiration date (if applicable), federal, state, or local issuing authority.
