Acumen and IDMe

Acumen works with IDMe to verify your identity. IDMe is a trusted technology partner to federal and state agencies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, retailers, and nonprofits. This article explains how to use IDMe with Acumen.

Acumen requires that the email address on your Acumen account be on your IDMe Wallet.

How you begin depends on whether you already have an IDMe Wallet or need to create one for the first time. Select the appropriate tab below for step-by-step instructions.

Already have an IDMe Wallet?

Do not create another wallet if you already have one. Instead, you’ll need to:

  • Sign in to Acumen and consent to share your verified identity information

You may be required to provide additional information to verify your identity at a higher security standard depending on your previous verification method.
