Revolution Entertainment Services (RES) uses ID.me as a secure login so they can ensure that the person signing in to your account is really you and not someone pretending to be you. This article explains how to set up your ID.me account and verify your identity to access RES.
Sign in to RES
If you already have an ID.me account, sign in to your account:
- Open the email you received from RES and select Verify with ID.me.
- Enter your email address and password, then select Sign in.
- If required, follow the prompts to provide any additional information.
- From the Authorize screen, review the information that RES will receive and then select Allow to consent to share that information with them.

Verify for RES
To access RES from the United States, you need to provide a valid ID document and either a phone number or a video selfie:
- Select the photo ID document that you want to submit from the list of available options: driver’s license or state-issued ID, passport, or passport card.
- Acknowledge and consent for ID.me to collect biometric data and personal information.
- Follow the prompts to upload your government-issued photo ID. You can enter your phone number to take a new photo with your smartphone, or upload an image from the device you are using. Learn how to take photos of your documents.
- Select Yes to confirm your email to start the document upload process.
- You may be prompted to take and submit a video selfie. Your selfie will only be used to confirm that the person in the selfie matches your government ID.
- Enter your phone number and Social Security number. Learn why ID.me asks for your Social Security number.
- Review your information, then select Yes to confirm it is accurate. If something is inaccurate, select No and update your information. Your information will be reviewed before you can proceed.
Finally, from the Authorize screen, review the information that the partner will receive and then select Allow to consent to share that information with them.
Video call
If there is an issue verifying your identity, you may be able to complete your verification by uploading additional documents and joining a video call.
