Verify using Self-Service
When using the Self-Service method, a self-guided verification process, you will need to submit one of the following photo IDs:
Verify on a video call
If you are unable to verify your identity using Self-Service, you can verify on a video call. This involves uploading additional identity documents, then presenting your physical, original documents on a call with an ID.me Video Chat Agent.
When verifying with a Video Chat Agent, you must submit additional documents.
