Before you verify
If your fire department does not send their certifications to the ProBoard, your verification attempt may be unsuccessful. In that case, use other acceptable documents to verify your first responder status.

Troubleshooting
If you have trouble using your ProBoard certification for verification, select No, I am not ProBoard certified and submit other acceptable documentation.
Keep in mind, your documents must show your full name and your occupational title as a First Responder.
