Before you start
If you choose to unsubscribe from receiving ID.me promotional emails, ID.me may still send you certain account-related messages. For example, we may still contact you about your use of our services or to provide updates regarding any changes to our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. To learn more, visit our Privacy Policy.
Change your email subscription preferences
To unsubscribe from ID.me marketing emails:
- Sign in to your ID.me account.
- Select the Profile tab, then go to the Preferences section.
- Next to Email Subscription, turn on the Unsubscribe All toggle.
- Select Save to confirm your settings.
If you change your mind and want to subscribe to ID.me marketing emails again, turn on the Subscribe All toggle.
