If your ID.me Wallet is suspended, you can request a review to regain access. Suspensions are usually due to security or verification issues.
Steps to fix a suspended wallet
To request a review of your wallet:
- Go to the ID.me Contact Support page.
- Select Start Chat.
- In the chat, enter that your wallet is suspended, then provide your information.
Note: After you submit your information, you will receive an email from ID.me Support with next steps for your wallet's review.
