ID.me requires each user to confirm their email address before proceeding with verification. Confirming your email address certifies that you are the owner of the email address you provided.
When you provide your email address, we will send an email to that address. You may need to check your spam or junk email folder. You have 15 minutes to click the link in the message to confirm your email address.
If you haven't received the confirmation message within 10 minutes, firewalls or other security measures may be blocking it. In this case, contact ID.me Support and select Can't sign in or don't have an account. Please be sure to include the email you are attempting to confirm.
