Sign in to NGIA with ID.me

If you already have an ID.me account, sign in to your account:

Go to the ID.me sign-in page and follow the prompts to sign in to your ID.me account.
Add your work email to your ID.me account if you haven’t already. Learn how to add a work email.
Go to the NGA application you’d like to access.
Select Sign In with ID.me, then sign in with your ID.me account and complete multi-factor authentication (MFA).
If required, follow the prompts to provide any additional information.
From the Authorize screen, review the information that NGA will receive and then select Allow to consent to share that information with them.

Verify for NGA with ID.me

If you’ve never had an ID.me account, you’ll create an account before verifying your identity. Add both your personal and work email addresses to your account. After you create your account, you’ll verify your identity:

Self–Service: Upload your identity documents and a video selfie. This self-directed process usually takes 5-10 minutes and guides you through each step on your screen. For step-by-step instructions, visit Verifying your identity with Self-Service.

Note: If you live outside of the United States and have a Social Security number, learn how to verify your identity. If you don’t have an SSN, visit Verifying with ITIN or Verifying with a non-US passport.
