To add boosters to your COVID-19 Vaccination status, first make sure you have verified your identity and your original vaccination status. You cannot add a booster shot unless you are already verified. Once your identity and COVID-19 vaccination status have been verified, you may add each booster shot you receive by connecting your SMART Health Card, or by uploading documents.
Adding boosters to your COVID-19 Vaccine ID
1. Sign in to your ID.me Account. |

2. Navigate to “My IDs” and select Manage IDs. |

3. Select your COVID-19 VACCINE ID under “Active IDs.” |

4. Scroll down and select Add a Booster. |

5. Select a verification method to continue.You may verify with a QR code or screenshot of your SMART Health Card, or you can upload proof of vaccination. |
