The New Jersey Division of Taxation uses ID.me as a secure login for renters and homeowners applying for the New Jersey ANCHOR (Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters) Property Tax Relief program.
Renters and homeowners who have the pass code that was mailed to them can sign in to the online filing portal using the pass code. If you do NOT have the pass code, you’ll need to verify your identity with ID.me to access the portal. Likewise, homeowners who want to retrieve their Property Identification Number will also need to verify their identity with ID.me to access the portal.
