After you successfully verify your identity on a video call, you may receive an "Action Required" email, like the one below, that outlines additional steps to share your identity information with the partner you are verifying for. This article explains how to complete the necessary steps to share your verified information with your ID.me partner.
Share your identity information
- In the email, select Continue to go to the partner where identity verification was required. For example, this could be a state unemployment office website.
- At the partner website, sign in to your account, and when prompted, also sign in to your ID.me account.
- Follow the prompts and select Allow and continue so the partner can access your identity information.
