After you successfully verify your identity with an ID.me Trusted Referee, you may receive an Action Required email like the one below.
It outlines additional steps that are needed to share your identity information.
- Click the blue Continue button pictured below. You will be redirected back to the partner where identity verification was required (for example, a state unemployment office website).
- At the partner website, sign in to your account, and when prompted, also sign in to your ID.me account.
- Follow the prompts to Allow the partner to have access to the displayed identity information to complete the process. (If you are looking at this message on your phone, you may need to scroll down to see the button.)
