Verify your community status
To verify your community status for a Verizon offer:
- Go to the Verizon offer for your community.
- Select Verify with ID.me.
- Sign in to your ID.me Wallet, or create one if you don't already have one.
- Complete verification for your eligible community.
- Return to Verizon to complete enrollment in your eligible offer.
Eligibility requirements
Some Verizon community offers have additional eligibility requirements.
- Nurses must verify as a Medical Professional to qualify.
- In addition to actively employed RNs and LPNs, the nurse (medical professional) discount is also available for nurse practitioners and respiratory therapists with a valid license.
- Military spouses, military family members, and surviving spouses aren't eligible for these offers through ID.me.
- First responder next of kin of those killed in the line of duty must complete verification in a Verizon store.
- Family and surviving spouse verification isn't available through the online verification process.
