Log in to Form 990-N (e-Postcard)
- Go to the IRS sign-in page for the e-Postcard application you need.
- Select Sign in with ID.me to sign in to your existing ID.me Wallet or create one.
- Follow the prompts to sign in.
- Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) or add MFA to protect your wallet.
- On the “Authorize” screen, review the information the organization will receive and select Allow to consent to share the information.
Troubleshoot Form 990-N (e-Postcard)
Missing Filing History: If you’ve accessed IRS Form 990-N (e-Postcard) or the QI Portal and don’t see your filing history, ensure that the primary email on your wallet matches the email address you used with your IRS username. If it’s not, contact ID.me Support to change your primary email.
