If you've recently changed your name, phone number, or home address, you may receive an error when verifying your identity. These errors may include E4301, E4302, or E4303.
To fix this issue:
- Select Retry.
- On the “Is your information displayed correctly?” screen, make sure your information is correct. If it’s not, select Edit next to the incorrect information, then update it.
- If prompted, choose your verification method, then try again to verify your identity.
