On the screen below, enter the Email address on your account, then click Continue.
Leave that screen open, then check your email in a new browser tab. You will find a message like the one below
Return to the Unlock your ID.me account screen above, and enter the code from the email. Your account will be unlocked and you can attempt to sign in again.
