Fix a suspended IDMe Wallet

If your IDMe Wallet is suspended, you can request a review to regain access. Suspensions are usually due to security or verification issues.

Steps to fix a suspended wallet

To request a review of your wallet:

  1. Go to the IDMe Contact Support page.
  2. Select Start Chat.
  3. In the chat, enter that your wallet is suspended, then provide your information.
Note: After you submit your information, you will receive an email from IDMe Support with next steps for your wallet's review.
