If you recently changed your name, phone number, or home address, the E4301 error code may appear when verifying your identity online. Other variations of this error include E4302 and Error E4303.
Typically, this error means there was a difference between the information in the identity document you submitted and the information you entered during the verification process. When going through the verification process, make sure the information you enter is the same as the information on the documents you submit.
If any of the errors mentioned above appear during verification, select Retry and enter your information. If prompted, you may be asked to reselect a verification method then try again.
