While ID.me doesn’t currently offer phone support, you can contact ID.me Support by email.

If you’re not able to find answers to your question in our help center, you can contact ID.me Support:
- Go to the ID.me Contact page.
- Sign in to your ID.me account.
Tip: To contact support on behalf of someone else, select Can’t login or don’t have an account. In the form, enter the email address of the person who needs assistance. From the Do you have an ID.me account? dropdown, select No. Complete the rest of the form, ensuring you add as much detail to the description field.
- Complete the form using the dropdown menus provided, then select Submit.
After we receive your request, you can review the status of your ticket at any point by signing in to your ID.me account. From your ID.me account dashboard, select Contact Support, then find your ticket under Active Requests.
