Step One: To start a ticket, you may:
- Scroll to the bottom of this article and select Submit a Request,
- Go to the top right corner of your screen and select Contact Us, or
- Click here.
Step Two: Enter your email address.

Step Three: Click the “How can we help you?” drop down menu.
This will give you a list of options to choose from, select one that best fits your situation (e.g., “I need help updating my account” or “I want to know my verification status”).
Depending on the option you select, more drop down menus may appear below. Please continue to select options from each menu to help specify how we can best assist you.
Step Four: Add a description of the issue you’re running into.
Be sure to include as many relevant details as possible.
Step Five: Click "Submit."
An ID.me Member Support Representative will reach out to you via email to help resolve your issue.
