How to fix this error

- Go to the My Account overview on your ID.me account.
- Under My Profile, review the name displayed.
- Determine next steps based on the name that displays

If your name is correct:
- Go back and re-enter your personal information.
- Double-check for typos and ensure that the name you enter matches exactly with what is displayed in your ID.me account.

If your name isn’t correct:
- Name change: If you've legally changed your name, request a name change.
- Typo correction: If there’s a typo in your name, request a correction.
- After reviewing or updating your name, try verifying your identity again.
