Fix identity mismatch errors on ID.me

1. Review your information
   1. Go to the My Wallet.
   2. Under My Profile, review the name displayed.
2. Determine next steps based on the name that displays

• If your name is correct:
  • Go back and re-enter your personal information.
  • Double-check for typos and ensure that the name you enter matches exactly with what is displayed in your ID.me Wallet.
• If your name isn’t correct:
  • Name change: If you've legally changed your name, request a name change.
  • Typo correction: If there’s a typo in your name, request a correction.

3. After reviewing or updating your name, try verifying your identity again.
