You can update or manage your ID.me Wallet anytime. From here, you can change your profile information, update login methods, adjust email preferences, and monitor your wallet activity. This article explains each section of your ID.me Wallet to help you stay in control of your personal information.
Go to My Wallet
- Go to https://account.id.me/overview.
- Sign in.
Review the sections below to learn what settings you can manage.
- My Profile: Manage your personal information, including your name, address, and email preferences. Select Manage Profile to update details like your homepage and email subscription settings.
- My IDs: View and manage the IDs in your ID.me Wallet.
- My Logins: Review and update the methods you use to sign in. Select Manage Logins to change your login options.
- My Preferences: Control your email subscriptions and homepage settings. Select Manage My Preferences to make any updates.
- My Cashback: Check your Cash Back balance if you're part of the ID.me Cash Back program. Select View Cash Back to review your balance or submit a missing Cash Back request.
- My Activity: Monitor your sign-in history and wallet activity. Select View All Activities for detailed insights.
Update your profile information
Find and manage personal information associated with your wallet.
Personal Profile
Your Personal Profile includes:
- Name: Update your name if there is a spelling error or if you've legally changed your name.
- Address: Update your physical address.
- Email: View and manage your email addresses. You can add, change, or remove email addresses at any time.
Preferences
Manage these preferences:
- Default Homepage: Select the default page you’ll see after signing in, such as ID.me Shop or ID.me Government.
- Email Subscriptions: Subscribe or unsubscribe from ID.me marketing emails.
Sign In & Security
Manage settings related to signing in and securing your wallet.
- Security: Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods.
- Password: Change your password by entering your current and new password, then select Save.
- Privacy: Update your profile, download/manage your data, view websites you’ve granted access to, and review wallet activities. You can also close your wallet from this section.
