Your IDMe Wallet is where you manage your profile information, sign-in methods, and preferences. This article explains what you can do in each section of your Wallet.

Open your Wallet

Go to IDMe My Wallet and sign in.

Overview

The Overview page gives you a snapshot of your Wallet and quick access to commonly used information. 

You can:

• My Profile: View your profile information.

• My IDs: View your identity and community IDs.

• My Logins: Select Manage Logins to view user logins with access to your wallet.

• My Preferences: Select Manage My Preferences to choose your default homepage and subscribe or unsubscribe from IDMe marketing emails

• My Cashback: Select Manage my cash back to review your balance or submit a missing cash back request.
• My Activity: Review your sign-in history and wallet activity. Select View All Activities for detailed insights.

Profile

Use Profile to manage your personal information and preferences.

You can:

• Name: Update your name if there's a spelling error or you've legally changed it.
• Address: Update your physical address.
• Email: You can add, change, or remove email addresses at any time.
• Default homepage: Choose the page you see after signing in such as IDMe Shop or IDMe Government.
• Email subscriptions: Subscribe or unsubscribe from IDMe marketing emails.

Sign In & Security

Use Sign In & Security to manage how you sign in and protect your wallet.

You can:

• Security: Manage your multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods.
• Password: Change your password by entering your current and new password, then select Save.
• Privacy: Update your profile, download/manage your data, view websites you’ve granted access to, and review wallet activities. You can also close your wallet from this section.
• Logins: View user logins with access to your wallet.

My IDs

Use My IDs to view and manage the IDs connected to your wallet.

You can:

• View verified IDs
• Renew expired community IDs
